The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the tram and major tourist attractions. Guests can easily access Eminonu near the sea and enjoy the surrounding marketplaces.
Some customers have reported issues with cleanliness and unprofessional staff.

The location is good
The hotel is not a 4-star hotel, probably 2-star in Europe. The room was ok but old fashion. The breakfast food was diverse, but the quality was not so quality.good.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its great location, as it is very close to shopping places and located in the district of Laleli at the centre of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was notable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Moreover, the staff's customer service skills were remarkable, and the breakfast provided was quite satisfying. Additionally, this hotel provided transportation, which made it very convenient for me to visit Eminonu, located near the sea.
Nothing everything was great.

worst breakfast ever, dusty room, 2 level shower is awkward to use, definitely not a 4 star hotel

Huge breakfast buffet. Very near to Laleli tram station and after two stops you arrive to Sultanhamet. The Big Bazar is very near..
It isn't a real 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars.. normal rooms and bathroom.

I recently stayed at this place and had an amazing experience overall. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and just a short walk away from the tram station. This made it very convenient for me to explore nearby tourist attractions, including the beautiful Eminonu area near the sea. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service with a friendly and attentive staff. I particularly want to highlight the exceptional service from the afternoon-evening shift staff members. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. The range of items available for breakfast was quite extensive but the quality was not up to scratch (the breads & pastries were not fresh). Our room was otherwise quiet (double-glazed) despite facing the busy shopping road below us.
I would not classify this as a 4 star hotel. The hotel's decor / style (interior and exterior) is aged and think that a makeover would do it a world of good. While our room was clean and spacious, the beds' matresses were not very comfortable (far too hard). The front office staff came across as uninterested and not especially helpful and our check out experience was a farce: the manager on duty had no idea what he was doing and we were unable to pay cash for our stay. After 20 minutes of trying to check out we just walked out. The range of items available for breakfast was quite extensive but the quality was not up to scratch (breads and pastries were not fresh and much of the food seemed to be recycled from the previous day).

The location is very good in the old city center of istanbul, it is a good place to stay for one or two nights if you are a budget traveller it looks like a 2 stars hotel in other countries.

The location was very convenient and central to key attractions. The breakfast had plenty of options and was complimentary. The rooms were fairly clean and well-maintained.
The staff could be more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and the amenities were minimal.

I was disappointed, I took the only suite in this hotel. It was small, ceiling was low (hard to notice on the pictures) whole impression was like two stars not a four star suite. 80% of guests are Russians everything in Russian and Turkish only no English at all. Well I am Polish and I was forced to learn Russian many years ago so I can manage in this situation but for US citizens or western Europeans it can be an unexpected surprise.
